RealSmart Group was founded by two entrepreneurs, Bryan Jacobs and Karen Vega, who have worked together since 1993. The RealSmart Group team brings an impressive combined 45 years of experience in real estate sales, finance, construction, project management and property management to RealSmart Group.

 

Over the past 10 years, Jacobs and Vega have been instrumental in conducting more than $150,000,000 in real estate transactions, predominantly involving rehab properties.  Jacobs and Vega’s joint philosophy is that everyone should invest in real estate as an integral part of their investment portfolio.  Real estate investing contains high barrier to entry by requiring large amounts of money, and demanding skills often gleaned only through experience.
